Nov 03, · Sam Bush's latest CD. "Howlin' at the Moon," is far superior to "Glamour and Grits." The instrumentals are wonderful, especially those with Jerry Douglas and Bela Fleck. Sam is not the world's greatest vocalist; he tries hard, though, and his enthusiasm shows. Many of the songs have a lyrical theme of "life is short, so enjoy it now."/5(6).
Dio is like a machine going on for eternity, ever releasing records, ever singing like a god with built-in speakers and double amps. Master of the Moon is his best album for a long, long time and while it's not better than the debut and just questionably better than Last in Line, it's the release that's hardest to grow tired of.
